Dr. Lindsay McCary is a licensed psychologist (SC, WI, IL) and clinical professor of psychology with nearly 20 years of experience serving individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Her career spans academic medical centers, private practice, and university departments, giving her a deep understanding of systems-level needs as well as the day-to-day realities faced by clinicians and families.

A seasoned operational leader, Dr. McCary has directed clinical programs, overseen interdisciplinary teams, and guided the development and implementation of evidence-based services across diverse organizational settings. She brings extensive experience in program design, workflow improvement, and clinical quality evaluation—ensuring that services are not only effective, but sustainable, equitable, and responsive.

Dr. McCary is a dedicated mentor who has supported hundreds of trainees and practicing clinicians throughout their careers across fields such as psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, behavioral analysis, and mental health.
